We offer free support on our cloud-marketplace tier product offerings. We will (and do) accept bug reports and integrate these fixes into future releases of the product.

We have deliberately tailored our applications to remain as vanilla/native as possible so that anyone with basic Linux system administration experience (and some familiarity with the product in question) you should be able to self-service it’s management and configuration.

These tickets go into our Support scrum board and you will be emailed as the ticket progresses.

Unfortunately, we no longer offer an email address for support as in spite of fairly sophisticated filtering, we simply receive too much spam and solicitation messages.
