We do not offer free support on our cloud-marketplace tier product offerings. We will (and do) accept bug reports and integrate these fixes into future releases of the product.

We have deliberately tailored our applications to remain as vanilla/native as possible so that anyone with basic Linux system administration experience (and some familiarity with the product in question) should be able to self-service it’s management and further customisation’s to their requirements.
