Security Manager¶

Security Manager is our new management portal for security, governance, and audit.

It is both an enterprise dashboard and a metrics service. It provides UX to configure underlying security products and to run and view results.

It also provides metrics endpoints to ingest into Grafana/Prometheus for one-stop dashboarding, alerting, incident management as per platform operations.

Quickstart¶

Start an instance with 1-Click, or optionally using your cloud provider’s web/console
Have just a little patience: it does take a couple of minutes for all the background services to start up in your instance. If you get connection refused or site error messages - just wait a moment
Access the product via web browser at https://<your IP/public DNS>
Login with user-name admin, and the instance id as password.
Go to ‘Settings’ and add cloud accounts to start scanning your infrastructure

Operations¶

Underlying collectors run as systemd services with associated timers.
Our portal is a Flask application with local users and roles. To configure Enterprise SSO, visit hre.
